Why does the powder coating always flow out of the opening of the spray booth?

During the powder spraying operation, someone found that powder flowed out from the opening of his powder spraying room. The reasons for this problem are as follows. You can refer to the following reasons to find a solution according to your own spraying room situation:

1) Not enough airflow through booth and recovery system. Check the blower, if the blower does not produce enough airflow it will cause the powder to fly out of the booth.

2) The size of the cyclone separator is too small to achieve the ideal powder separation capacity. The cyclone separator is directly installed on the powder room to process the air discharged from all powder rooms and separate particles according to their size for further filtration.

3) The filter is not cleaned enough. Increase pulse air pressure or volume.

4) The cartridge filter is nearing the end of its expected life. Replaced with a new filter, the service life of ordinary quality filter is about 2~3 years, and the service life of high quality filter is about 5 years.

4: The terminal filter is clogged. Note that final filter clogging may be related to poor upstream seals or powder leakage during recovery.
