Reasons and solutions for powder not coming out of CNC spray gun
To sum up the reasons why the spray gun does not produce powder, there are probably the following points:
1. The powder outlet of the spray gun is blocked by the diffusion nozzle (more common in new guns);
2. The solenoid valve does not work, and there is no jet air output;
3. The powder pipe connected to the spray gun is bent, blocked, or falls off, and the air pressure connection pipe is connected incorrectly (the injection air and the dilution air are connected reversely)
4. The intake valve is not open, or the air pressure is too low
5. The gun control cable, trigger switch, and the socket connecting the pistol to the gun control unit are not in good contact (no clicking sound when the trigger is pulled)
6. Excessive dilution pressure
7. The powder nozzle on the powder suction pump is blocked
8. The Venturi tube is severely worn
How to solve?
1. Adjust the position of the diffuser nozzle outward;
2. Check the solenoid valve plug and wiring;
3. Check the powder pipe and each air pipe;
4. Open the valve and adjust the injection pressure to above 0.15;
5. Check wiring and plugs;
6. Completely close the dilution air test machine;
7. Clean up the machine and check it frequently;
8. Check and replace the Venturi tube;
